Directions from the South (Boston / Logan airport):
Take Rt. 93 South to Mass Turnpike. (West - $3.00 toll at Sumner Tunnel) Take Mass Turnpike West to Rt. 128 North. (Two sets of tolls. $1.00 each) Follow Rt. 128 North to exit 27B (Winter Street). Turn right at the end of the exit ramp and right again at the set of traffic lights. This is Winter Street. Staying in the right hand lane, follow Winter Street around the Cambridge Reservoir. Go past the entrances to Waltham Woods and Reservoir Woods. Bay Colony Corporate Center is on the left. Follow signs to 950 Winter Street and enter the building through the South Entrance.

From the North:
Take Rt. 128 South to exit 27B (Winter Street). Stay in the right hand lane. You are now on Winter Street. Go through two sets of traffic lights, and follow Winter Street around the Cambridge Reservoir. Go past the entrances to Waltham Woods and Reservoir Woods. Bay Colony Corporate Center is on the left. Follow signs to 950 Winter Street and enter the building through the South Entrance.
